Returns/Refunds

We aim to not only please our customers but give them the very best and because of that we hope that if there is a problem you will reach out to us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. 

Please do not leave us negative reviews until you have contacted us. If there is a problem with your product, a question about your order, or accidental damage--contact us via email, text, or phone call and we will solve it. 

We typically accept returns that are unused, unopened, and not damaged. They must be placed with the original packaging and sent back to us at: Aesthete L.L.C, 551 S. Main ST. Springville, UT 84663. Problems will be resolved differently on a case by case basis whether that is exchange for another item, exchange for a replacement item, or refund of money.
